Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to services provided by BoostByRajat (solo digital studio): websites, apps, Instagram handling, and ads management.
1. Quotes & scope
Work starts after a clear WhatsApp/email quote and your confirmation. Scope includes only what is written in the quote. Extra features are re-quoted.
2. Communication
Primary channel is WhatsApp and email. Delays in client feedback can extend delivery timelines.
3. Payments
Typical structure: advance to start (often 40–50%), balance before final handoff or as agreed. UPI/bank transfer accepted.
4. Client materials
You confirm you own or have rights to logos, photos, and text you provide. You remain responsible for the accuracy of business information.
5. Delivery & revisions
Revisions within the agreed round(s) are included. Major redesigns after approval may be billed as new work.
6. Third-party costs
Domain, hosting, app store fees, stock assets, and advertising spend are paid by you to those providers unless the quote says otherwise.
7. Results
No guarantee of rankings, virality, or ad ROAS. I optimise in good faith based on available data.
