Refund Policy
Project work (websites / apps)
If work has not started after payment, you may request a full refund of that payment within 48 hours.
Once design/development has started, the advance is non-refundable because time and production costs are already used. Unused balance (if any) for unfinished milestones may be discussed case-by-case.
Instagram monthly plans
Monthly fees are for the billing month once content work has begun. Unused prepaid months may be paused once by mutual agreement; cash refunds for started months are not offered.
Ads management
Management fees for a started billing period are non-refundable. Ad spend paid to Meta/Google is never refundable through BoostByRajat — request those from the platform.
